If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may returnit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling. The items must be in “NEW” condition. All exchanged merchandise must be odor-free, in unworn or unused condition, not washed or show evidence of any type of cleaning, dry cleaning, etc.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We will refund your purchase price less original shipping and handling. Please include the invoice in the package to assure proper credit. Send your return in an appropriate envelope or box to:

Shipping/Handling Policy

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground service or USPS Parcel. Most items will ship within 1 to 3 business days after placing your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery on domestic orders.





Undeliverable Packages:

If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable by the carrier and is returned to us, we will notify you via e-mail or phone and you will be asked to provide a new shipping address. You will be responsible to pay the additional Shipping and Handling fee to re-send your order out to you.





Lost Packages:

RAGEWARE LLC is not responsible for lost packages if you did not properly submit the correct shipping address with your order. If your package is lost in transit for any reason, please notify us of the lost package, e-mail us at Customerservice@ragewear-clothing.com. Please note there is a 7-10 day period for the claim to be processed. If any item(s) become sold out during that time, we will issue a refund.





Canceled Order

RAGEWEAR LLC reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason; canceled orders will not be charged or will be refunded as appropriate.





Returns

We have a 30 day return/exchange policy. The items must be in “NEW” condition. All exchanged merchandise must be odor-free, in unworn or unused condition, not washed or show evidence of any type of cleaning, dry cleaning, etc. Any merchandise that is returned damaged, i.e. torn, stained, shrunk, faded, discolored, etc. will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

Cancel an Order

If you would like to cancel an order before it is shipped, please e-mail us right away at Customerservice@ragewear-clothing.com. If your item has not been shipped, we will gladly refund your money including shipping and handling.
